POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
1. General Laborers (Sealcoating, Paving & Construction)
- Assist with asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack filling, and site prep
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Follow crew leader instructions and maintain job site cleanliness
- Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidates
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and ready to work
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Team-oriented attitude

2. Sealcoating Tank Operator / Foreman
- Operate sealcoating tank and related equipment
- Lead and manage crew on job sites
- Oversee daily job tasks, scheduling, and productivity
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Handle minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sealcoating/paving REQUIRED
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- Ability to run a crew and work independently
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
