💰 Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Uncapped Income Potential: Performance bonuses, production incentives, or piece-rate options available for the right person—the faster and cleaner you work, the more you make!

🔨 What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in seamless gutter installation, downspouts, and gutter guard systems.
Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and at various heights.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Great communication skills when interacting with teammates and homeowners.
