Cotton is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Boston market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience managing commercial construction or restoration projects from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout
Managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Driving project profitability and client satisfaction
Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Experience with drywall, framing, interiors, or restoration preferred
Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and change orders
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
