In very good condition. Accommodates up to a 17" Lap top or a work book tablet.
No holes to drill.
Simply loosen front seat mounting bolts. Slide in-between the seat frame and the floor and retighten.
Very adjustable. Can simply turn out of way of passenger.
Also can loosen knob and easily move the top section for more passenger room if necessary and not in use.
I do have 2 complete units.
