This Werner M1-8-16 Multi-Position Aluminum Ladder Has Been Used Only 2 or 3 times in Its Lifetime and is in Perfect Operating Condition (It may have a few paint drips on it). The Straight Ladder Length is 16'. The Stepladder Length is 8'. The MULTI-LOK Hinge System Allows for 18 Different Positions. It Is Fitted With a Werner Multi-Master Ladder Base for Extra Stability. It Has a Load Capacity of 250 lbs. with a Type 1 Duty Rating for Heavy Duty/Industrial Use. The Ladder Has Never Been Used Outdoors and Has Been Always Stored in My Garage. It Comes With an Operations and Use Manual With Instructions For All Optional Use Positions. This Ladder is Well-Engineered and Well-Built. It Should Last Forever if Cared For Properly.
