Starting to lighten train collection load by selling my Lionel train transformers. If this one is too big for you, let me know what you need. I also have HO train transformers.
POST-WAR ZW TRANSFORMER - KING OF ALL MODEL TRAIN TRANSFORMERS. This Lionel Type ZW train transformer was made 1950-1966. At 275 watts, it’s one of the largest train transformers Lionel made.
It can operate 4 trains independently of each other. Can directional control the two end controllers. Includes two whistle and directional controllers. Transformer operates electric trains ranging from 8 to 18 volts a.c.
Has 2 sets of connections for accessories such as light towers, street lights, switches, buildings, crossing signals, etc.
Has built in automatic short circuit breakers.
Both light lens are in place and the lights work.
