We are now looking for a highly motivated Manager here in Pembroke, MA.

Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is not required, but exceptional customer service skills and a self-motivated work ethic are!

To be considered for this position you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator and coach. This position takes responsibility for ensuring our members are staying engaged with our facility and their goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Recurring member engagement to ensure our service promises are being followed through on
• Administration of our Health Coach program
• Delinquent account management
• Execution of our weekly Equipment Orientations
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for members

Required Experience and Skills:
• Great attitude and desire to help others achieve their goals
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic Microsoft Word/Excel skills
