Solid frame, wheels, brake and steering systems. Engine not seized but very old (1988). Needs tuning and filters, probably better off sold as scrap for $75 toward a new Predator motor. Tires hold air but, treads are worn down. Nothing broken or bent, just needs a new motor and tires. Frame is worth $400, wheels are $100 each. Whole project $450 b/o. Text Bill.
