Hi, I'm looking for a kind person to rent my second bedroom and bathroom in a 2 bdm, 2 bth apartment in the Center and Stone apartments as soon as possible. The monthly rent you'd pay is $1,675 plus utilities (internet, gas, power).

Your bedroom
The space comfortably fits a queen bed and gets lovely golden light in the afternoons. The space is already carpeted in a beige color so it's easy to pair with many kinds of decor.

Your bathroom
The bath for the bedroom is located on the entry hallway. It's very spacious with a large tub and a good sized vanity.

The living space
The lounge/kitchen space is situated between the bedrooms so you'd have privacy coming and going. The main room has a kitchen island, a large dining set, and a seating area. There is a lot of storage. I don't have many kitchen items so if you do then you'll have plenty of space. There's also in-unit laundry in the entry way.

The building
The Center and Stone apartment buildings have a lot of lovely features including work from home lounge space, porch with grills and firepit, and a pool deck for summer swims. There's also an event space and roof lounge, package room, and beverage station in the lobby. There's a gym space and extra storage rental spaces in the Stone building. Storage, parking, and pets may negotiable upon move in. There are fees associated with those add-ons that would be discussed upon leasing.

About me
I'm in my early forties and open to living with someone of any gender but would prefer more mature tenants closer to my age. I enjoy a peaceful, clean, and comfortable home environment and would value sharing the space with someone of a similar mindset. I often commute to my office in Boston. My day-to-day involves working, exercising, and relaxing in the evenings. My recent flatmate and I enjoyed making dinner together and sharing some fun shows. I'd love to have someone I can enjoy a meal with from time-to-time. As far as the logistics of rooming go, I pay bills on time, clean as I cook, and tidy things after myself so I'm not leaving a mess for the next person.
