It's in a nice old mill building with a great community of artists and small businesses. We have an organization and do open studios twice/year (not required). 24/7 access but no sleeping on site. Freight elevator, loading dock, 220-volt electric in the space, and also three-phase. Unfortunately, the building is not on public transport.
