Our client, a nonprofit located in Wellesley is seeking an Office Assistant on a part time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and transferring incoming calls, confirming patient appointments, entering data into the internal databases, and other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of prior office experience, should have strong oral and written communication skills, and need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal schedule for this role is Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am-4:30pm and is compensating up to $18/hour.
