As a member of our Corporate Office Team, the Office Manager will perform a variety of duties including answering and responding to all incoming calls to this office, primary contact for our Field & Operations Teams, maintaining the office files and record storage, sending letters to customers, ordering supplies, processing quotes with vendors, support for credit card processing, reporting insurance claims, and various other responsibilities. This position will provide support to our HR & Benefits Coordinator by processing Direct Deposit and PayCard requests, W-2 distribution, and other benefit-related mailings to employees.

2+ years of recent office experience.
Positive attitude, willingness to take on many roles, high energy
Friendly, approachable, outgoing, people person
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
Strong organization and administration skills.
