Office Manager - Part Time

Progressive, rapidly growing CPA firm in Canton seeks strong Part Time Professional Office Manager to run our very busy office

Skills we need:

- Billing experience using Timeslips
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. There will be a lot of client interaction
- Strong organizational and follow through skills.
- Must be able to implement systems as we continue grow.
- Good computer skills and understanding of technology
- Experience working in a CPA firm preferred
- Good Multi-tasker
- Must be able to work independently and effectively in a very fast pace environment
- Must be very detail oriented, forward thinking & proactive
- Solution Oriented
- Sense of humor

Responsibilities Include:

- Managing Entire Office
- Billing
- Special projects
- Greeting Clients
- Scheduling Appointments

Part time - between 20-25 hours per week and full time during tax season.
