As a highly respected Residential Construction Company located on the South Shore is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a family owned business, we have been serving the South Shore's Home Improvement needs for over 80 years and are still going strong. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction services. This is a part-time role with opportunities to earn more hours with experience. Hours are flexible (ideally: M, W, F 9:00-4:00) (remote not an option).
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the principal owner and management team.
* Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and provide excellent customer service.
* Perform various administrative duties such as: data entry (QuickBooks knowledge is helpful), filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
* Must have previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
* Computer literate (word, excel, outlook)
* QuickBooks, data entry and billing
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
