We are seeking a Dispatch (Multi-stop Technician) Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for setting appointments for several different product/service categories and scheduling the most qualified field technicians for preventative maintenance and/or repair issues.
•Set and assign appointments
•Supervise and/or oversee others
•Handle customer inquiries and complaints
•Provide information about the products and services
•Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
•Document and update customer records based on interactions
•Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
•Occasional on call availability to dispatch emergency calls
•Positive and professional demeanor
•Salesforce or comparable CRM literate
•Ability to understand when to dispatch technicians
•Ability to quickly relay phone calls to field staff
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
