Our South Shore client, is seeking a Data Entry Associate for their health Insurance company.
• Prepares data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
• Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information
• Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
• Maintains customer confidence
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• At least 6months of data entry or customer service experience required
• Attention to detail and accuracy in typing
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Access to reliable transportation
