Job Description
Southeastern Telecommunications, Inc. is New England's premier provider of reliable equipment and dependable service to meet our clients' telecommunication needs. We are currently seeking a part time Quickbooks and internet savvy Bookkeeper and Office Manager to work out of our Needham office. We are looking for around 20 hours to start, with potential for more hours in the future. Hours are flexible; ability to work from home on occasion and can accommodate mothers' hours.

-Respond to client inquiries via telephone and email in a professional, detailed and timely manner
-Perform general office tasks, such as answering phone and selling used equipment on Ebay
-Manage A/R and A/P
-Process incoming and outgoing checks and credit card transactions
-Maintain general ledger/journal entries
-Reconcile multiple bank accounts
-Prepare financial statements and daily reports
-Process payroll and tax reporting through ADP
-Communicate effectively with the team, from technicians in the field to office staff
-Promote business via social media
-Sell surplus equipment online

-3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in related field
-Experience with Quickbooks
-Must be a team player
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Customer service and detail oriented
-Superb time management skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Social media/tech savvy
