* Invoicing insurance companies
* Accounts Payable /Receivable
* Collections
* Purchasing/Ordering On-line Parts
* Assist Management
* All general office duties

* Strong Verbal Communication a Must.
* Outgoing People Person
* Lots of Phones and Customer Greeting
* Scheduling Jobs Accordingly in Proper Order
* Three Way calling with all insurance companies
* Dispatching the Auto Glass Technicians
* This Position at times can be very fast paced!
