Who we're looking to meet?
We are looking to meet with people who want to either start or continue their career in working with adults with developmental disabilities. Our Day Programs and Residential Programs are designed to assist individuals to achieve goals, overcome barriers, and become more independent. Our positions are full time, part time and relief and are varied enough to probably fit your schedule.
We are hiring for the following roles:
Residential Counselors (Full time, Part time, Relief)
Awake Overnight Counselors (Full time, Part time, Relief)
Various other Direct Care positions
Day Program Instructors (Full time, Part time, Relief)
Day Program Developmental Specialists (Full time)
Day Program Site Manager
Positions are open in the following towns:
Residential programs require candidates to be over 21 and possess a valid US Driver's License for at least one year.
All day program positions require that you are at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED. For some Day Programs where driving is required candidates must be over 21 years of age and possess a valid US Driver's License and have access to a reliable vehicle.
