We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our Metal Finishing department!
Position: Racker / Packager
Location: River Street Metal Finishing
Shift: 7:00 - 3:30 pm
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Properly rack metal parts for anodizing, plating, powder coating, or other finishing processes
Ensure parts are securely positioned to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes
Unrack finished parts carefully to avoid damage
Inspect parts for quality and defects after finishing
Package parts according to customer specifications and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Requirements:
Previous experience in metal finishing, racking, or manufacturing preferred (but not required – we will train the right person!)
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small/delicate parts
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
