Our client, a market research company in Wellesley is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the firm?s leadership and support client relationships. This position will be responsible for providing proactive administrative support, proofreading and editing documents, answering and directing calls, maintaining a complex calendar, assisting with marketing initiatives, and supporting events. The ideal candidate should have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent grammar and proofreading abilities, superior attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access required, as well as five years? administrative support experience. Familiarity with HTML and Adobe/InDesign preferred. This position can pay up to $20/hour depending on experience.
