Standard 2hr. @$50 min applies. for most moving jobs. Single large piece around another job can be done for $50-$60 flat
Workdays, best time to call before 8 am or or after 8 pm; text, e-mail anytime. Call anytime weekends. Regular work week hours texts/e-mails will get quicker reply.
Flat rate small moves starting at 100-150. This is typically a one student/young professionals not too much stuff jobs, if you have lots of things/stairs expect to pay more.
Price mostly depends on carry distance, stairs, elevator, parking, and amount of stuff.
Please do not call and ask for 2-3 men crew, I have no helper, and no interest in getting a helper, as this is a side gig. One can not expect a great price, and a number of people. In other words, can't have it both ways.

A quick pointer to spot a bad mover: ask how many blankets, rolls of tape, or plastic bags they have in their vehicle. Or, ask if they drop things.
