We are seeking a competent and experienced sometimes Hands-On construction professional to run residential job sites, coordinate subcontractors, assist with small tasks and site organization when needed with strong knowledge of residential construction. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, capable of working independently and leading small crews on different projects.
This is a Hybrid Role. Primarily based on the jobsite(s) with continuous communication with other team members and office, can still be hands-on Must be able to work physically when needed (small tasks, cleanup and provide a little help if necessary)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage/organize and coordinate remodeling jobs;
- Run the jobsites, oversee daily operations and maintain a clean and safe jobsite;
- Checking jobsites, making lists, deciding and scheduling next steps;
- Put Stock lists, track ordering, expediting and finalizing material procurement
- Perform quantity take offs and lumber runs and Handle punch lists and small work.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction are a must: this will ensure the candidate has a good knowledge of the construction processes and sequences.
• Knowledgeable in remodeling (frame to finish); Ability to read blueprints and plans, and construction drawings;
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (In case necessary);
• Must have organizational and problem solving skills;
• Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck & basic tools.
