Role Description:
Due to retirement, a new opening has become available: we are looking for a qualified Job Supervisor/Construction Project Manager to join our team of builders, remodelers and general carpenters.
Job Scope:
• Manage/organize and coordinate remodeling jobs;
• Manage subcontractor and vendor bids and selection process;
• Must be able to put Stock lists, track ordering, expediting and finalizing material procurement;
• Checking jobsites, making lists, deciding and scheduling next steps;
• Punchlist creation and completion and closing out project.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction are a must: this will ensure the candidate has a good knowledge of the construction processes and sequences.
• Knowledgeable in remodeling (frame to finish);
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (In case necessary);
• Must have organizational and problem solving skills;
• Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck & basic tools.
