Do you have professional gardening experience and a genuine appreciation for plants, pruning, and the care of ornamental gardens?
We are looking for an experienced gardener to join our team caring for high-end residential properties in Hingham, MA. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the craft of fine gardening, and is interested in becoming a long-term member of a growing company.
Our work focuses on plant knowledge, proper pruning technique, and the ongoing care of established ornamental gardens. This position is best suited for someone with a horticultural background and experience in fine gardening or estate-level maintenance — not landscape construction or production-based work.

* 2–5 years of professional experience in fine gardening, horticulture, or high-end residential garden maintenance
* Solid plant knowledge, including identification, seasonal care, and maintenance of ornamental plants common to New England landscapes
* Experience with proper hand pruning techniques and an understanding of seasonal timing by plant type
* Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in the quality of your work
* Dependable, professional, and a positive presence on the job
* Valid driver's license
Bonus Qualifications
* Horticulture degree, certificate, or related education
* Massachusetts pesticide applicator license
* Experience driving a truck and trailer
