Part-Time Event Support Associate – Lee’s Playland
Location: Brockton
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible, must be available weekends

About Us
Lee’s Playland is a growing soft play rental company bringing fun, safe, and beautifully styled play experiences to families across Massachusetts. We specialize in soft play setups, ball pits, and bounce houses for events of all sizes.
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member who enjoys physical work, takes pride in details, and can help deliver an amazing customer experience.
What You’ll Do
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain soft play equipment to company standards
• Load, unload, and transport equipment to and from event locations
• Assist with event setup and breakdown (indoor & outdoor)
• Drive company vehicle to deliveries (if applicable)
• Ensure equipment is handled safely and professionally
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain organization of inventory and warehouse space
What We’re Looking For
• Weekend availability is required (this is our busiest time)
• Strong work ethic and reliability (we need someone we can count on)
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment (team lifting required for items up to 300 lbs)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with pride in clean, polished setups
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
