### Requirements:
- Minimum **5 years of carpentry experience**
- Must have **reliable transportation**
- Must have your **own basic hand tools**
- Experience with:
- Residential framing
- Hanging and finishing drywall
- Building and framing decks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
### Preferred:
- Experience with trim, siding, windows, and remodeling
- OSHA 10/30, HIC, or CSL is a plus \(not required\)
