Here is some more about me..
I am a SWM, 50s, no kids or pets (although I have raised them both ! ).
I do not drink,smoke,drug, I am very quiet,very private,very easy going, extremely down to earth,rational,practical,very open minded,
friendly,respectful,honest,reliable,depenable,ethical, I have an extremely clean background, and I rarely ever go out at night.
I have very deep roots on Cape and I am very handy around the house and property and very thrifty and conservative with all utilities,heat,electric,water,recycle,etc.. and I keep everything very clean and tidy and disinfected.
I am open to either paying you some CA$H
per month for rent or I am also open to helping out around the house and property and I can also pet and house sit and walk dogs ( I love all animals !)
