I am an older woman, originally from Europe.
I would be interested in a small one bedroom or large efficiency possibly with a private entrance, kitchen area and private bath.
Normally I work as a caregiver for seniors.
My budget is limited and while I have good references I don’t have any previous rental history as I have normally lived in where I worked.
If anyone as a place or knows of a place that’s available I would be grateful.
