This is used to safely remove snow from a roof while you're on the ground. The rake consists of a 24" wide blade that pulls snow downward without damaging the roof shingles. This attaches to 4 interlocking aluminum poles that extend out ~20feet. One pole is covvered with a rubberized material to ensure a confortable grip. All that's necessary is to "plop" the blade onto the snow so it will ":dig in" and then pull the snow down over the edge. This reduces the snow load on the roof and also prevents ice dams. It has been lightly used and is in excellent condition. The first 4 phots show the actual rake for sale. The last photo is sometyhing I pulled off the web and illustrates how a rake is used.
