Hobart model 6801 commercial meat band saw. Fully functional and works exactly as it should. Used, well cared for, and in very good operating condition.
This saw came out of a high-end steakhouse that already had a newer band saw in service. Rather than keep two, this unit was removed and sold. I purchased it intending to use it, but I don’t have a practical place for it in my commissary kitchen, so I’m selling it.
