The John Deere 445 is highly hp fuel-injected Kawasaki engine, durable shaft-driven hydro-static tranny and versatality for a wide range of attachments like, mowers, plows, and frontend loaders. Its heavy duty Construction and reliability for tough yard work. This was sitting for quite a few years and when I purchased (unknown if it even turned over) I put a battery and gas and it started right up, runs drives hydraulics work great, tires are in good shape. 54" deck, The fender pan and footrest were painted with automotive paint and clear coated at local body shop. Have invested roughly $2000 this month.
Comes with brand new chains, 4 weights, cozy cab.
