There is one bedroom.
This has hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings in the kitchen area with skylights throughout it has a slider door with carpeting in the living area and bedroom and linoleum is in the bathroom. There is a good amount of storage. There is a ceiling fan and pool out deck off the living room. This also comes with the portable waste tank too.
It is set up with two propane tanks but also uses electricity.
It includes a front stabilizer and the levelers pads and side bump out supports, wheel covers, sewer vents for holding tank, wheel locks and magnetic sunblock shades for the skylights and sunblock magnetic privacy shade for the front door, insulator pillow blocks for the skylights that work in both summer and winter if you would like to keep them in but there are also vent covers over the skylights if you want to open them up for fresh air. It is a 2005 so it's not new but it's still in good shape I believe. As you will see it's not perfect but I think if you come down and check it out you'll be impressed there are definitely more Pros than there are cons. I attached adhesive hooks to the outside during the winter to support my homemade tarp skirt because this was used for one winter and one summer.
it's a very nice model and it is well made.
I got rid of the kitchen table and sleep sofa ~ we did not need them and wanted to use the space differently.
Also
The microwave and central vac stopped working,
I have included a small microwave If that helps. There are hookups for cable or antennas I have not used or tried that. We used a sling TV Connected to Wifi and a Computer.
This does include the extras that I purchased I hope you will appreciate. It is still winterized.
