Leo’s Events & Restaurant is seeking experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. Successful candidates will possess a passion for guest service, strong food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive and professional service
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, wine, spirits, and cocktails
• Guide guests through menu selections and make informed recommendations
• Maintain service standards throughout each guest interaction
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless execution
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
