Leo’s Events & Restaurant is seeking experienced Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, craft cocktails, wine, and delivering memorable guest experiences. This position requires professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to work in a high-volume upscale setting.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with consistency and precision
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain extensive knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items
• Manage bar inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
• Support restaurant operations and team members as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
