JF Restaurants is seeking an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager with deep expertise in both wine and craft cocktails to lead and elevate our beverage program. The Beverage Manager is expected to oversee the beverage program for all outlets and as directed by General Manager and Food & Beverage Director. This role requires a hands-on, floor-based approach that prioritizes beverage sales, staff development, inventory control, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working as a Beverage Manager or similar capacity, within a high volume upscale, fine dining restaurant or luxury restaurant Excellent financial acumen
• Team-orientated and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and electronic, are required
• Well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, and can easily adapt to new technology
• Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability
• Certification in Food Protection required
