TANDM Surf® is looking for an energetic content creator, filmmaker, journalism student, marketing student, social media storyteller, or aspiring videographer to help capture content for an upcoming Nantasket Beach / South Shore event project.
TANDM Surf® is all about making surfing fun, approachable, and accessible through its Anybody Can Surf™ message. This is a hands-on opportunity to create real-world content for a surf, beach, lifestyle, and family-focused brand while capturing authentic people, product, and event moments for our Behind the Stoke™ content series.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
• Film beach activity, product demos, rider experiences, and customer interactions
• Capture short interviews with first-time riders, families, customers, and event guests
• Record social media content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Capture B-roll, behind-the-scenes clips, product footage, beach atmosphere, and candid moments
• Help document the Anybody Can Surf™ story through real people and real experiences
• Capture content for Behind the Stoke™, TANDM Surf’s content series focused on real riders, real stories, and first-time surf experiences
• Follow a simple content direction and shot list from the TANDM Surf team
• Organize and deliver footage files at the end of the event day
No editing is required. Our internal team will handle post-production.
**Equipment**
Candidates should preferably have their own camera or content creation equipment, such as:
• Camera or strong iPhone/smartphone setup
• Gimbal or stabilizer
• Wireless microphones
• Tripod
• Action camera or GoPro
• Drone, if available and legally operated
• Extra batteries, chargers, storage, or memory cards
TANDM Surf may be able to provide basic equipment if needed, depending on the project.

**Ideal Candidate**
• Comfortable talking to new people
• Interested in content creation, surfing, beach culture, filmmaking, social media, journalism, marketing, events, or brand storytelling
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Local to Nantasket Beach, Hull, the South Shore, Boston area, or nearby
• Comfortable capturing video, audio, interviews, product moments, and social media clips
• Able to follow creative direction and spot good content opportunities in the moment
• Experience with video, interviews, social media, beach coverage, surf content, GoPro, drone, or lifestyle content is a plus, but not required
Great fit for students, recent graduates, freelancers, creators, aspiring filmmakers, marketers, journalists, surf photographers, or anyone building a content portfolio.
