The NSG was active from 1957 'till 2005 when it's mission was combined with another division in the Navy
This plaque was awarded as an attaboy in the mid 1960s at NSG - Kami Seya.

This is the real McCoy. It is in perfect condition & has been protectively stored. It has never been polished
and the brass has a 60 year old patina. It could be polished (hell, the Navy polished brass and
painted rocks, right ?) but it is best left as it is. It is Eight inches in diameter (8")
The back is red velvet with a key slot for hanging.
