We are looking for an experienced energetic professional who has successfully delivered on goals while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Service Manager will hire, train, assist, monitor, evaluate and motivate Service Department personnel in all of their activities in a fast-pace auto repair facility, located in the greater Boston area. Must be a self starter.

Primary Responsibilities:

Make hiring decisions for perspective hires
Working daily with outside vendors
Train, motivate and monitor service personnel in all aspects of job definition
Responsible for establishing and implementing individual and shop goals
Maintaining daily sales and production records

Required Experience Ideal candidates will have:
Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
ASE Certifications required
This is a hands on position, not a desk job!!!
6+ years Service Management or Service Director experience
