Skai Capital, LLC is an integrated real estate investment, finance and development company. Our current focus is on building out our team and back office processes for our commercial lending platform. We are searching for bright, motivated, positive-thinkers who are willing to jump right in and take ownership of tasks and projects assigned.
Content creation and editing for our web and social media footprint;
Market research and mailing list creation;
Develop, Refine, Finalize marketing collateral, including a company pitch deck;
UNDERWRITING and LOAN PROCESSING:
Assist in drafting of Loan/Investment Summaries, and Term Sheets for potential loans, and develop/refine associated template docs;
Maintain Pipeline reports for the Loan Origination Pipeline (Salesforce / Excel);
Assist in Loan Processing - managing a loan prospect from Term Sheet through Closing. This includes proactive communication with brokers and borrowers, development of checklists and form/template documents;
Assist and help develop the process for boarding new loans into the Loan Servicing System (Bryt);
Build out the document creator/templates within the Bryt System;
GENERAL ADMIN / TECHNOLOGY / REPORTING
Update, maintain, improve all systems:
-Salesforce CRM (loan origination system)
-Bryt (loan servicing system)
-Microsoft Office products - Excel spreadsheets, Outlook calendars, OneNote;
Data Processing and Historical Accounting Project, as assigned by Controller;
Organizing DropBox and local server based files, as well as physical files;
