A well-maintained 2021 Trek Fuel EX 9.8. This bike was purchased new in 2021 and has been used primarily as a back-up bike. I have an XC bike that is my primary bike. This bike has been gathering dust for a couple of seasons and it is time for a new home.
The bike is in good mechanical condition. The headset was just replaced and the brakes were just bled. The shock and fork have been serviced annually and the bike has been tuned up at least 2x per season at Belmont Wheelworks.
With 130mm of rear wheel travel and 29-inch wheels, this bike is a perfect do-it-all trail bike. It is aggressive enough to handle the overwhelming majority of trails in Southern New England. It has never been abused at the bike park, shuttled, or beaten on.
