Original branded lettering on multiple sides, still clear and bold
“Black & White – Blended Scotch Whisky” front panel
Markings include James Buchanan & Co. Ltd., Glasgow, Scotland
Back panel includes original capacity stamp: “24 4/5 pints containing 2.40 galls”
Side panel has Boston distributor stamp (“Fleischmann Distilling Sales Corporation”) and number 58
Solid wood construction, excellent patina, and strong joints
Measures approx. 13.5" x 15 and 5/8" x 8 and 7/8"
Great for décor, storage, display, bars, man caves, rustic interiors, or film/theater props
Condition:
Structurally sturdy and well-preserved for its age. Some expected wear, scuffs, and staining that give it authentic antique character (see photos).
