Job Description and Responsibilities :

Job Summary:


This position is responsible for managing all facets of the quality control review process by conducting and controlling live streaming video audits on cell sites.


Primary Responsibilities:

Perform virtual quality control inspections via remote software and live streaming with onsite tower crews

Provide dictation with voice narration during virtual audit, while communicating and guiding tower crew through the audit

Prepare site audit checklists, bookmarking, editing, and final preparation for final video upload

Compile audit reports

Review and redline A&E construction drawings

Manage and communicate processes and procedures to construction teams, subcontractors, project managers, and clients

Forecast and schedule virtual quality control inspections

Other duties as assigned


Supervisory Job Duties:

Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Company’s objectives, policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include; planning, assigning and directing work, training, evaluating performance, escalating employee performance and/or behavioral concerns to the appropriate Operations Manager (or subcontractor), and partnering with HR to resolve escalated employee matters.



Requirements :


Qualifications


Education:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in construction, engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience in the wireless industry


Experience:

(3+) years’ wireless site construction and/or management experience

(1+) years’ tower climbing experience preferred


Certifications:

First Aid and CPR

OSHA 10-Hour Construction Training

OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training


Technical Skills:

Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency

Working knowledge of technical cell site installation, pertaining to fiber installation, DC power connections, RRH. RRU radio installation, alarming, wiring, cabinet connections, ground bar specifications, and BBU installations

Expertise in cell site builds including NSB, ETTCS, and LTE

Strong troubleshooting background and understanding of integration


Soft Skills:

Highly organized and detail oriented

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Superior time management skills; must be able to meet strict deadlines

Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems

Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams


Physical Requirements:

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing

Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements

Comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor work environment and in extreme weather conditions

Travel up to 10% of the time to sites as needed

Must be able to sit at a desk and/or work on a computer for 6-8 hours per day

May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
