Join the Leidos team on the front lines of digital transformion for the Department of Defense as an IT Project Manager. As a member of the Cloud One ACSS program / C1N ACSS, you will drive the projects in support of continuous improvement and Task Requirement Notice (TRN). This isn't just an IT job; it's a mission to secure and advance the nion's defense technology.

Clearance: Active Secret (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a IT Project Manager, you will be the central figure leading complex IT modernizion and consolidion projects from initiion to completion. You will be empowered to guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure the flawless execution of projects th are vital to nional security.

• Lead the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on schedule, and on budget.

• Brief key stakeholders on project plans and progress, managing milestones and realigning schedules to overcome unforeseen challenges.

• Assemble and direct project teams, coordining tasks with functional experts across operions, security, and contracts.

• Develop detailed resource plans and schedules to ensure your team has wh it needs to succeed.

• Proactively identify and manage project risks, document lessons learned and drive the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

• Manage the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) process and the delivery of required documention.

• Identify automion opportunities to drive improved service delivery.

• Serve as the primary communicion link for your projects, reporting stus to leadership, preparing formal meeting minutes, and developing content for program reviews.

Required Qualificions:

• A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant project management experience (Note: Additional years of applicable high-level experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

• An active Secret clearance.

• Demonstred success in leading Small-Medium-scale, complex IT migrion, consolidion, or technical refresh projects.

• Exceptional skills in resource planning, task scheduling, and risk management.

• A strong working knowledge of Network, Systems/Compute, and End-User Support environments.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and SharePoint.

• Excellent communicion skills, with a proven ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work onsite Hanscom AFB (Concord, MA) 2-3 days per week, or more as required by the customer.

Preferred Qualificions:

• PMP Certificion.

• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), discovery, and event management plforms.

• Familiarity with USAF and DoD organizional structures, regulions, and directives.

• Experience supporting a Program Management Office (PMO) on large government contracts.

• Proficiency with software development tools and methodologies.
