Maloney Properties is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to handle leasing and marketing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, accounts payable, and overall office management. You will be based in Haverhill, MA, but will also provide support to properties in northern MA and southern NH.
Previous property management experience is a required. Knowledge of Project Based Section 8 and LIHTC programs are required. COS, CPO or C3P designation is a plus. Skill set includes excellent organizational and time management skills, great customer service skills, and good communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
