Responsibilities and Role:
- Outgoing calling and emailing
- Documentation of activity
- Coordinating with Support Team on the back-end
- Need to work daily with MS Office
- Customer service for incoming calls and emails
- Working in a Team and Goal Driven Environment
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, motivated to be part of a growing Education Technology start up and work in a fast-paced team environment. BI-LINGUAL (SPANISH) CANDIDATES NEEDED!
Shift times: Preferable that candidates have afternoon availability at least 2 days per week, but can be flexible!
