This is a special and unique opportunity for the person with some accounting experience who is looking to join an established Accounting Department and a Human Resources Department for 20 hours per week.

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to handle office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Accuracy is critical in this position.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Part timers are eligible for Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay.

• Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports
• As necessary follow-up with distributed paperwork
• Assist in the accounting with filing and some processing help.
• As requested, assist with answering phones and greeting visitors.
• Maintain polite and professional communication in all circumstances phone, mail, email, and in person.
• Handle Administrative processing of new hires
• Assist in document control, filing HR documents including personnel and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Prior administrative experience.
• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft etc.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to accept and organize direction from more than one area
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
• Able to deal professionally with very confidential information
