New England Copy Specialists, Inc. (NECS), one of the largest independent providers of office equipment in the New England Area currently has a full time opening for a full time Service Contract Consultant.
The job duties for this position will include:
- Managing an established territory by selling new service agreements to new or existing customers.
- Renewing existing contracts annually after reviewing profitability reports and reviewing customer usage.
- Assist Sales Representatives, Dispatchers, Billing Department, and Customers with information about service agreements and/or
- Monthly meetings with Management.
- Keeping track of monthly renewals and new business activity via Excel spreadsheets.
- Reviewing inter-territorial Dealer invoices.
Must be very organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent follow up skills.
Experience with Excel spreadsheets is required.
