Come join our Facilities team in Lowell MA as our full time, Facilities Operations Specialist!

What You'll Do
As our Facilities Operations Specialist, you will perform a variety of functions related to the ongoing operational support of the Facilities department; including providing telephone coverage and administrative support, managing monthly budget reporting, maintaining relationships with vendors, and assisting with the project management of improvements and upgrades within the Bank.

What You'll Need
An Associate's degree and up to 3 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. The ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with basic Excel skills and proficiency with MS Word are required.
