Seeking an Office Assistant for a coworking space. This is a temporary assignment which could lead to a part-time role as we are seeking to add another role in the short term.

The date for this temporary assignment is October 28th through November 27th. The right candidate will have availability for 5 weeks starting October 28 Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
A minimum of 3 years of successful administrative experience. Main tasks include but are not limited to: answer phones, schedule appointments, general maintenance and upkeep of office and supplies
This is a client facing position where you will have to interact with people that uses the conference rooms, private offices and coworking space.

Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
The office is located in North Andover, MA and has free onsite parking.
Pay: $650/week depending on experience. This is a 5 week opportunity.
